The flat side cranking lure stages a strong flashing effect and leaves distinct wake near the surface. We have realized a lure able to respond to fast and slow retrieval through its thin body design. It will attract bass from a wide area by simply reeling in!! By installing a somewhat lighter fixed weight in the lower part of the body, it has sufficient buoyancy for its thin body and a consistent and fast action response at various retrieval speeds. Its high pitch rolling action creates a strong flashing effect while leaving a distinct wake behind it. With its specific weight setting, anglers are able to use this lure with finesse bait-tackle. The reeling stress isn’t as much as you would expect from its rather large action so anglers will also be able to utilize spinning tackle. This is designed as a user friendly lure perfect for land-based fishing as well. By designing the lip to be short but very wide, we have managed to give the lure enough surface volume on the lip, required for high pitch action.
