Surfcast reel with Mag Sealed construction.

The new surfcast reel from DAIWA – now with Mag Sealed mechanism. The new Tournament Surf QDA was equipped with the latest technical achievements of our DAIWA engineers.

The HardBodyZ aluminum reel body ensures a distortion proof bearing of the gear and an optimal retrieving power – even heavy surf leads can be retrieved effortless over great distances. The Mag Sealed construction offers an optimal protection against water via the axis and thus prevents corrosion due to dirt particles or salt crystals. Thanks to Mag Sealed mechanism, running smoothness is guaranteed permanently. The QD drag function allows turning of the drag from open to closed within the half of a rotation – perfect for surf fishing.

The conical aluminum long cast spool enables extreme long casting distances and offers enormous line capacity – ideal for fishing over great distances.

The bail is turned by hand.
