All prices in the skorpion-dnc.hr web store are expressed in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are not included in the product price. The company Škorpion DNC d.o.o. reserves the right to change the price at any time. Skorpion-dnc.hr reserves the right to cancel an order if there is an obvious error, for example an incorrectly stated price on the website.
Despite our daily efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, but also in the event that the price of the item changes during order processing, skorpion-dnc.hr will allow the customer to cancel the purchase.

Such situations are extraordinary and the service provider apologizes to its customers in advance for them, because it will be forced to inform them about the situation, the wrong price for a certain product and the impossibility of delivery according to the customer's specific order. We reserve the right to cancel an order with an incorrect price.

The account also serves as a Warranty Card and is delivered to the buyer along with the product. The buyer is obligated to keep the bill for the entire duration of the warranty period. The account is the only document with which the customer can exercise his rights.
The importer guarantees that the product, if used correctly and in accordance with the accompanying instructions, will function properly within the warranty period. The manufacturer's network of service providers undertakes to remove at your own expense at your own (or contractual) service premises any defects and technical defects of the products that have arisen at normal use during the warranty period. If, within the statutory deadline, upon receipt of the service product, the fault is not rectified, the service is obligated to replace the product with the new (or return the money), in agreement with the Seller.
The buyer may cancel the order, not mentioning this reason within fourteen (14) days. The cancellation deadline for the order starts from the day the customer received the product. The buyer must inform the seller of the cancellation order in info@skorpion-dnc.hr or on 01 / 2322-515. The order is considered to be canceled when the seller receives notice. In case of cancellation of the order, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller at his own expense within 3 days at the latest. The product that the buyer returns to the seller must be in the original packaging, unopened (without a shipped warranty hologram) with all parts, undamaged and completely correct. The product can not be returned if any repairs or repairs are carried out on the product, and if the error has occurred with improper or inadequate handling.
The products used can not be returned.
The right to terminate a contract is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act under Article 45, which refers to the termination of contract termination contract:

We will send you a confirmation of receipt of the complaint and, based on your description of the complaint, information about it:
In cases where the product can be replaced for the new one and when the product can return the money, we will send to you the delivery service that collects the advertised product and returns it to our warehouse. When the product arrives at the warehouse, we will send you a notification of money back / sending the replacement product. Money back / replacement for a new product will be made within 2-3 days, but not later than 15 days later. Otherwise contact us by phone at 01/2322-515 or by e-mail at damir.cuglin@zg.t-com.hr
In case the product needs to be sent to an authorized service, we will send you all the details of the authorized service.
If the shipment is damaged in transport, such damages are visible when picking up the shipment and in this case please do not take over the shipment. Please contact us to check the shipment status as soon as possible and send us a new one.
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act you are authorized to terminate the contract unilaterally by not giving reasons for this within 14 days of the date of delivery of the Product and you are in accordance with Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act.
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, Articles 46 and 48, the buyer is not entitled to termination of the contract, in the case of a contract:
- on the provision of the service and if the provision of the service, with explicit consent of the customer, began before the expiry of the term of the product, in which the consumer was entitled to seek termination of the contract (inability to cancel the goods in the process of delivery)
- sale of products or services whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market
- sale of products made on the basis of customer specifications, products made solely for the buyer or product which, by its nature, can not be returned or is subject to rapid degradation
- sale of newspapers, periodicals and magazines
In the event of the seller failing to deliver the product because the ordered product is not in stock or can not be ordered from the supplier, the seller will either notify the customer in writing or orally, who can cancel the order or possibly accept a new delivery deadline. If the consumer chooses to cancel the order, the seller will return the money back to the buyer as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days.
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, Article 8, paragraph 2 (NN., br.79/07., 125/07-isp., 79/09. i 89/09. -isp.), the customer may, Complaints and Complaints Send to Email: damir.cuglin@zg.t-com.hr. All comments and objections to Škorpion DNC d.o.o. will reply within a maximum of 15 days.
Any dispute between the Seller and the Buyer will be resolved by agreement and by peaceful means, otherwise the Court shall have jurisdiction in the place of the vendor's seat.
